Join the Chicago Japanese American Historical Society and the Trickster Cultural Center in a collaborative presentation, food sampling and community dialogue as we explore two popular rice dishes–a Native American wild rice casserole and Japanese American Spam musubi. Come and taste!

This free program requires pre-registration and is limited to 50 participants. Our chefs will prepare 50 tasting samples so walk-ins will be turned away. Masks are required for in-person participants.

The program will also be available online.
