We Walk in Lawndale: A Celebration of Black Community

Stroll through a a mini cultural fair that features the Haitian American Museum of Chicago (HAMOC), Crossing Borders Music and the Lawndale Pop-Up Spot. This event features selected works from HAMOC’s traveling exhibit “We Walk”, that celebrates Black history and culture, music commissioned by Crossing Borders Music of Haitian and Black composers and a workshop with a local Lawndale artist led by the Lawndale Pop-Up Spot. Haitian appetizers served. All CDC and Public Health Guidelines will be followed.
