Hangawi: Korean Thanksgiving Celebration

In celebration, join us in this hands-on experience and events that represent Hangawi. Guests can participate in Charye service, a ceremonial service to honor our ancestors with offerings of various foods. Dance along with the CKDC group in the gang-gang-sullae (Hangawi dance), and make your own songpyeun (Korean rice cake) to take home along with other traditional foods such as Korean pancakes. Learn and enjoy the celebration with various events and traditional performances as we explore this harvest festival.
